Mary-Grace is a Mississippi native who spent the early years of her life living in several different areas throughout the United States with her parents, as her father was in the US Navy. The desert of California, Washington DC, and Jacksonville, FL were all places she called home before permanently moving back to Mississippi. While in high school in 2017, Mary-Grace completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and has taught yoga ever since. Mary-Grace attended Mississippi State University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and was a member of the Phi Mu sorority. While in college, Mary-Grace worked in property acquisitions, which taught her the fundamentals of real estate investing as well as valuable communication skills. She also worked in her father’s Endodontic practice in both Tupelo and Starkville, where she managed marketing and outreach in addition to patient care. After completing her degree, Mary-Grace continued to work in real estate, business development, and property management before coming to Pratt & Associates Realty. When Mary-Grace and Brady aren’t building the business, you’ll likely find her by the water, whether that be a river, lake, or ocean. She loves traveling and spending time with her fiancé, Brady, and their dog, Hank.
Boomer Mize has been an active member of his community for 4 years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in the Northeast Mississippi area, Boomer is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Pratt & Associates Realty family, Boomer carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. In addition to serving his community, he also serves on the Mississippi Association of Realtors’ Member Services Committee. When Boomer isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf with his son. Before a career in real estate, Boomer spent 8 years in education, and coaching high school football and baseball in Tennessee and Mississippi. Boomer lives in Corinth with his wife Ashley, and their two kids, Palmer and Martha.
Shelby Pratt Sparks, a lifelong Corinthian, loves nothing more than helping clients make Corinth and the surrounding areas the place they call home. Many locals have come to know her for playing Disney Princess characters for children and singing at various community events. Shelby is so excited to be joining the team at Pratt and Associates Realty as a realtor and brings with her experience in sales of both residential and commercial real estate. With a background as a Registered Nurse and having previously worked in healthcare marketing positions, her clients will be given the same level of care and attention as she seeks to negotiate a successful transition for each one. She continues to hold tight to the core values of integrity, honesty, dedication, and attention to detail that she gained working as a nurse and applies those to the work she does for each of her clients. In her free time, Shelby enjoys being actively involved in her community as a volunteer and serving as a worship leader at her church, Grace Chapel… but most of all, she loves spending time with her daughter, Eleanor, her husband, Tanner, and their dog, Jack
Adam Holt has a heart for Public Service and helping others, Adam is excited for this new endeavor! A resident of Tupelo, Adam served the City of Tupelo for 10 years as a Firefighter/EMT/ and Reserve Police Officer while owning and operating his Fitness Business, ELEV8 Fitness. Adam became involved in Real Estate in 2021 after the formation of Holt Properties LLC and time spent as COO of Capitalist Cartel, a Real Estate Coaching Network.

Paige is from Ripley, Mississippi and a 2014 graduate of Pine Grove High School. For the last five years she has served in administration for the Mississippi State Department of Health. She has been married to Tyler Henry of Ripley for almost seven years now. They have one son, Riggins, who recently turned three. She is so excited to officially announce that she is now officially a Licensed Real Estate Agent for Pratt & Associates Realty. She is thrilled to embark on this new journey with the support of her family, lifelong friends, and future friends!
Jaycee is a 2017 Wheeler graduate, where she held the title of Salutatorian and also held multiple other honors. She spent most of her life traveling wherever her softball career led her! After graduating high school, she attended NEMCC with a major in general studies. Jaycee currently resides in Corinth with her husband of 4 years and their precious baby girl, Meri Klare! When she isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her family or traveling! For the last six years, Jaycee has provided excellent customer service in the retail world. She also served as the marketing coordinator for a locally owned business and was in charge of their 3 locations marketing! Although Jaycee has greatly enjoyed and cherished the past six years with her customers, she cannot wait to work along side the realtors of Pratt & Associates and provide clients with exceptional service!
